Founder or Westward Realty, Clay has had a passion for sales, especially real estate sales, for over 12 years. From the moment he started his career in real estate in Northern Virginia, Clay knew this would be his long-time passion. After selling in the Northern Virginia or Washington, DC area, Clay decided to expand his real estate career and move to Los Angeles, California.
While in California, Clay set up shop at Pinnacle Estate Properties in Malibu, California, ironically, where the name "Westward" came from, a favorite beach spot. While in California, Clay obtained a Broker license in the state of Virginia, as he knew the East Coast would ultimately be home. After being a broker associate at Long and Foster for several years, Clay decided to create his own brokerage where he could take a vast knowledge of real estate sales across the country and apply it to the Roanoke Valley.
